I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York City with 20 years of professional practice experience. Currently, I am licensed in both New York and New Jersey. Additionally, I have been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) by the PSYPACT Commission. This gives me permission to practice psychotherapy via telehealth in a number of states (see here for more details). I obtained my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, a fully-accredited doctoral program. Throughout my education I received training in a variety of clinical settings, including university counseling centers, private clinics, a medical center, and a community-based program. Since that time, I have grown my practice and have become involved in the training and teaching of psychology and social work graduate students, serving as the Director of Training at a psychology internship program and then transitioning to full time private practice. I am passionate about my work as a therapist, supervisor, and advocate for social justice and I welcome inquiries about my work.
